The flour makes tasty food and couldnâ€™t be easier to use, I have learned to make baked pakoras. Use it for Mediterranean socca and also in Indian cooking.
It was too dry and had none of the flavor of Garbanzos. I'm glad I tried it but will not buy it again.
This flour works great in baking and cooking as far as the consistency goes. Mix the flour with water to make a pancake-like batter.
