Our ‘Peruvian Harvest Raw Criollo Cacao Liquor' is made from certified organic Criollo cacao beans, a unique variety native from Peru. Criollo accounts for only 5% of the world's cacao production and is renowned for its rich and bitter flavour which also represents its high antioxidant content.
This Criollo liquor is a product of our very slow and delicate processes involving unique fermentation and slow drying processes and extraction. All this to obtain a rich flavour, aroma and nutrient density like no other.
