Free, same-day delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon & New Territories!
The Store is proud to offer free same-day delivery on orders over $450, across Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories (*except for remote areas)
Please place your order before 3pm (HKT) to ensure same-day delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be delivered the following workday.
We deliver 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday, except public holidays!
If you don't want to spend $450 to qualify for free delivery - no problem - you can still get same-day delivery - with a $100 shipping fee.
Please note that we will try to call you on our way to deliver your order. Please make sure to enter a valid Hong Kong phone number!
We are happy to offer free delivery to remote areas but we do not guarantee same-day delivery. Please note that the delivery can take 3 to 4 days to these areas:
Island District: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung
Tuen Mun District: Tuen Mun countryside
Yuen Long District: Fung Nin, Shui Pin, Nam Ping, Yuen Lung, Fung Cheung, Shap Pat Heung East, Shap Pat Heung Central, Shap Pat Heung West, Ping Shan South, Ping Shan Central, Ping Shan North, Ha Tsuen, Fairview Park, San Tin, Kam Tin, Pat Heung North, Pat Heung South

You can get your order delivered to your office, no problem. Just place your order before 12pm to ensure same-day delivery, otherwise, we will deliver it the next day during office hours.

We work hard to maintain adequate stock levels at all times. If the item you are looking for is not in stock, please add your email to the 'Notify Me When It's Available' on the respective product listing.
We will always strive to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner. For us to achieve this, please make sure to provide us with the correct and complete shipping/delivery information when submitting your order.
The Store is not responsible for shipments/deliveries that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
Packages are insured with the automatic insurance offered by our carriers. If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier.
However, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages which we have fulfilled and sent for delivery.
