Free, same day delivery to Hong Kong, Kowloon & New Territories!
The Store is proud to offer free same day delivery on orders over $450, across Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories.
Please place your order before 2pm (HKT) to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following work day.
We deliver 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday!*
If you don't want to spend $450 to qualify for free delivery - no problem - you can still get same day delivery - with a $100 shipping fee.

We are happy to offer free delivery to the outlying islands*, but we do not guarantee same-day delivery. Please see below schedule:
Order Monday/Tuesday (before 10am), delivery on Thursday.
Order Wednesday/Thursday (before 10am), delivery on Saturday.
Order Friday/Saturday/Sunday, delivery on Tuesday.
*Please note that we do not deliver in these areas: Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Tak Ku Ling, Grass Island, Mui Wo, Po Toi Island, Tai O, Tung Lung Island , Pui O, Tung Ping Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, Kwai Chung Container Terminals areas.
You can choose to be delivered to a locker as an alternative.
We are proud to deliver to a wide network of lockers across Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories!
Once your order has been placed we will check the availability of your preferred locker.
When your shipment has arrived at the locker, you will receive an SMS directly from the locker provider to go collect your package.
Please wait until you receive the SMS before attempting pick up.
In cases where your chosen locker is unavailable, it may take 1-2 days for you to receive confirmation from the locker provider.

We work hard to maintain adequate stock levels at all times. If the item you are looking for is not in stock, please add your email to the 'Notify Me When It's Available' on the respective product listing.
We will always strive to have your order delivered to you in a timely manner. For us to achieve this, please make sure to provide us with the correct and complete shipping/delivery information when submitting your order.
The Store is not responsible for shipments/deliveries that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.
Packages are insured with the automatic insurance offered by our carriers. If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier.
However, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages which we have fulfilled and sent for delivery.
