I am intolerant to lactose and gluten. I do not like eating breakfast but if I skip it, I end up craving carbs by 10am. After many google searches I found the Amazing Protein Digest about one month ago and it has been fantastic! I mix it with almond milk, chai seeds, flax seed and blueberries or banana and it is delicious. It also keeps my sugar levels stable which means I am not craving carbs by 10am. I have just purchased 2 more tubs and am telling everyone about what a difference this has made to how I feel!
I like this flavour the best! Perfect for smoothies mixed with frozen bananas and some coconut milk.
