PAN FRY (recommended) Place a non-stick pan over medium heat. Empty contents of pouch into a pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until contents are heated through. OPTIONAL Break or shred Jackfruit up while in a pan. OR OVEN BAKE Heat oven to 180‚ÑÉ. Line a tray with baking paper and spread contents evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until contents is heated through.
