What you'll need:
- 1 Package Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325¬∫F. Grease a 9" x 9" baking pan.*
Step 2: Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Step 3: Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Makes 16 brownies.
Store in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
