1) Is a coffee machine needed?
No machinery is needed. It only needs to be brewed with liquid.
2) Brewing method
Tear off the foil seal on the package, then pour the coffee particles into 200-260ml of water (either hot or cold) and stir until they are completely dissolved. It can be served with other drinks such as milk, soy milk, yogurt, etc. After drinking, it is normal for some coffee grounds to remain on the bottom of the cup. Please store the unopened coffee in a dry place.
3) How is it dissolved with other liquid products?
As the temperature and viscosity of different liquid products vary, their speeds of dissolving coffee particles are not the same. It is recommended to stir more to speed up the dissolution if it is served with cold milk, soy milk, etc.
4) What are the ingredients inside a Bricks coffee capsule?

6) How is it different from other specialty coffee and instant coffee?
From the selection of raw materials to the processing procedures, Bricks keeps raising the standard step by step to achieve perfection. In terms of raw materials, we work with a large Colombian coffee factory to strictly control the quality of each coffee bean, guaranteeing 100% Arabica coffee beans, 100% handpicking and 100% washed process, to ensure that every coffee bean delivered to customers reached the quality standard of specialty coffee. In terms of technology, we use "LossLess" and LFFD (Lost-free Freeze Dried) technology in the extraction stage, combining the advantages of hot and cold extraction. It is not only to further extract the flavor substances in the coffee beans, but also to add a two-stage freeze-drying technology to avoid loss of aroma substances. The liquid extraction is completed at less than -4°C during the whole process, which preserves the original flavor of coffee to a large extent. In addition, we develop the aroma trapping and backfill technology, to trap aroma released during roasting and fill it back to the coffee powder during capsule filling. It solves the problem of coffee losing aroma during grinding. Bricks makes coffee into small particles through LFFD technology, which locks the aroma and preserves the esters as well. After brewing, a thin layer of oil floats with the aroma. Bricks offers coffee with three different degrees of roast, which are #45 dark roast, #65 medium-to-dark roast, and #85 light roast. The smaller the value, the higher the degree of roast, and the mellower and bitterer the taste is. On the other hand, the larger the value, the stronger the sour taste of fruit is. Appropriate degree of roast captures the rich aroma of coffee.
