Brownie instructions: you'll need: 1 bag Kodiak cakes mix 2 eggs (or egg substitute) 1/2 cup melted butter 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Pour into a 9 x 9 greased pan. Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out slightly moist. Makes 12 brownies. Alternative option: replace butter and eggs with 1/2 cup more vegetable oil and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. Makes 12 brownies. Kodiak cakes pro tip: applesauce, vanilla yogurt, or plain yogurt can be substituted for all or part of the butter.
