Kodiak Cakes

Kodiak Cakes began in 1982 when Penny Clark sent her 8-year-old son into the neighbourhood with a red wagon full of paper bags that were filled with her father’s heirloom flapjack mix and simple instructions written on the bags.  

Now they have slightly transformed the family recipe and offer baking mixes with whole grains and protein - for those that require nutrition, energy, and great taste to successfully navigate today’s frontier.
