The Store is committed to providing the very best quality organic, sports and health food products in Hong Kong and fulfilling your orders is very important to us. However, there may be occasions where you have concerns regarding your order.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second delivery to be made (e.g. an incorrect address was provided) we will attempt to redeliver and you will not be charged. However, a redelivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts. If The Store is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.
For food safety reasons food items can not be returned. If we require you to return goods to The Store, we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by The Store. If we cannot deliver a product for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price, including all shipping costs. Please note that due to supplier warranty reasons, we may not accept returns on electrical appliances.
Any refunds for orders will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds are at the discretion of The Store and it may take approximately 5-7 business days for a refund to show on your statement.
