If you are following a raw cacao recipe, you are advised to start with slightly less amount to start than suggested due to this product's more intense chocolate flavour and nutrient density. And if more sweetener is desired, we recommend low combine it with the Low GI, prebiotic-rich ‘Peruvian-Harvest’ Yacon syrup or powder. (The prebiotic can help unlock the polyphenols in the cacao.)
